Booking Requirements Policy
Booking, Deposit, and Payment Requirements
Freddy P Photography requires a non-refundable deposit for each photoshoot session. The required deposit for the type of photoshoot session must be paid to secure the session's date and time. The deposit will apply to the session's total cost. The balance payment must be paid right after the photo session via cash or credit card. If the balance payment is not paid, the client will not receive their photos. All payments are final!
Studio Bookings
One color backdrop is included in the pricing when booking a studio session. Additional backdrops are $20 per backdrop.
Special Events & Parties Bookings
Please remember that event sessions begin the hours requested and paid for when booking events. Any time over the hours paid for will be an extra charge.
For example, a client books our Special Events & Parties Session - Package 1, which is 2 hours for $450. The client's event starts at 2 pm and ends at 4 pm, so they book us from 2 pm-4 pm. We will begin photographing at 2 pm and end at 4 pm. This excludes setup time.
Freddy P Photography is not obligated to stay later than the hours paid. Therefore, if a client wants us to stay later or the client's event started late, and they need us to continue photographing the event until it ends, an extra charge must be paid at the event session. We will only be able to do so if we have availability. Again, Freddy P Photography is not obligated to stay later than the hours paid.
Weddings
When booking for a Wedding, the balance payment must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the Wedding date.
Freddy P Photography allows clients to select the photos they would like to be edited. Images are edited and provided to client no more than 30 days after the date of the photo session unless agreed upon otherwise. If client would like to receive edited photos within a week, an additional $50 must be paid. Freddy P Photography does not give raw images to clients and does not keep any raw images 90 days after the photo session. Freddy P Photography has all rights to each photo and all rights to use the photos for promotional use. Each photo session package will include high-def digital edited pictures via gallery download or a link.
Late, Rescheduling, and Weather Policy
Freddy P Photography respects time. Please respect our time, your time, other clients time and arrive on time. Photo session end times will not be extended to accommodate any client lack of punctuality. The photo session will be canceled after 20 minutes to avoid delaying other client sessions. No refund will be issued.
If a client needs to reschedule a photo session, please reschedule two weeks before the scheduled photo session. A client who does a no-call, no-show, but wants to reschedule the photo session will have to pre-pay the photo session's full price.
When it comes to the weather, there is no control. Therefore, Freddy P Photography does not shoot in bad weather, and photoshoot sessions will be rescheduled free of charge in this case.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a client decides to cancel a photo session, there will be no refund of the deposit unless a cancellation is made 2 weeks (14 days) prior to photo session.
Freddy P Photography has all the rights to cancel any booking at any time. At such time if Freddy P Photography cancels the photo session, the deposit will be refunded to the client.
Care of Images
Freddy P Photography puts passion, time, and effort into every photo session and the editing process. Please respect Freddy P Photography’s work. DO NOT ADD ANY FILTERS ON EDITED IMAGES, DO NOT SCREENSHOT TO REPOST ONLINE, AND DO NOT ALTER EDITED IMAGES TO YOUR PREFERENCE. Those changes take away the quality, the art, craft, time, and hours put into each photo.
